I have made a promise to write here twice a week. It was almost close to break this promise again due to some problems. Anyways, from now on I want to write about some specific subjects rather than some random events happening around me. So, I want to give out some information about Canada. I hope it would be quite interesting. Otherwise, do not hesitate to inform me if it’s boring. Well, today, I will give you some geographical backgrounds of this country and then I will move on to different topics.

Canada is a large country with an area of 10 million square kms. In this huge land, only 31 million people live. Most Canadians live in southern parts of Canada. Canada has 10 provinces and 3 territories. Each province and territory has its own capital. Although, Ottawa is the capital of Canada but Toronto is the biggest and most populated city in Canada. The other important cities are Montreal and Vancouver that most of immigrants especially Iranians live there. In Toronto, the population of Iranians exceeds 80,000 and makes it quite noticeable. The other important fact is that Toronto is known as the most multi-cultural city in the world. Toronto welcomes the people of more than 150 different countries in the world. Therefore, even if you are coming from Mars, you would not miss home
